THis is the time the festival organizers encourages families to come by (starting at 5:00 pm) to watch the altars being created.

POPgallery’s event A Nightmare on Helms Street. This is its first annual Halloween Charity Exhibition.

e group show will feature works of over 50 artists, designers, writers, and craftsmen and women.
One hundred percent of the sale from the donated spooky and goulish works will go directly to Spirit of Children, a charity committed to making hospitals less scary for kids.
