haleARTS is pleased to present The Fifth Annual Pulp group show featuring the work of Lauren Mendelsohn-Bass, Eddie Mickenberg and Stephanie Sydney.  An opening reception will be held Friday, October 14th from 5-8 PM. The works will be on view and for sale through October 26th, 2016.
 
Lauren Mendelsohn-Bass is a Los Angeles born painter who received her Bachelor of Arts at the University of California, Los Angeles. Her work depicts the psychology of the mind’s inner conflicts and struggles, portrayed through her figures’ outward appearance and gestures.

Eddie Mickenberg is an artist who is drawn to the marriage of minimalistic and bold elements. Eddie has a history working with oils in his paintings, but doesn’t shy away from mixing in different textures of paint for his artwork.

Stephanie Sydney is trained as a painter, but she incorporates photographs and technology to in her work. The artist strives to create dialogue between extremes and said she hopes to address the fragility of life on this planet.
