The Garifuna International Indegenous Film Festival officially kicks off its full day of screenings at the Electric Lodge.
Garifuna International Indigenous Film Festival features documentaries from all over the world highlighting the wisdom, the plight and the beauty of indigenous cultures and supporting their preservation.
Nine films will be screened today (Friday) including the worldwide premiere of “A Taste of Gullah” and “Confessions of Isabella” with film makers present to discuss their inner thoughts and answer questions about their movies.
