The Los Angeles County Fair kicks off Today, but it will be running for a whole month. The festival features live music, rides, livestock, gardening and wine tasting for the parents.
It’s off the 10 Freeway, exit Fairplex Drive or White Ave.
Admission: Tickets prices range from as little as $8 (for a child) to a full weekend pass with parking for $53.

L.A.’s largest dance festival, the Mix Match Dance Festival celebrates its eigth year. The annual festival started yesterday, and runs through Sunday.
The weekend event will feature more than 60 dances in Hip Hop, Ballet, Tap, Modern, Tribal, Contemporary, Jazz, Belly, Pole & more from choreographers gathering from Southern California and across the United States to Santa Monica for four great shows in one amazing weekend. Each performance boasts a different line-up, making MixMatch one of L.A.’s most diverse and valued dance festivals.
Today’s event features: Ashley L. Jones, Lexi Stillanos, Hazel Clarke, Kelela Batinga, Diane McNeal Hunt’s Elevate, Merge Dance Theatre, Amaterasu Dance Company, Gabriela Hernandez Cardenas, J.J.
