Zephyr Theatre presents DINNER WITH FRIENDS, the 2000 Pulitzer Prize-winning play by Donald Margulies.

DINNER WITH FRIENDS

It tells the story of two married couples who have been best friends for years and their relationship with each other and time. This play is a reflection of what all couples go through. It examines marriage, friendship, commitment, as well as betrayal in any and all forms. It also deals with the possibility of loneliness.

The Zephyr Theatre

Originally called the Horseshoe Stage, the theatre opened on January 5th, 1956 at a time when intimate performance bases were scarce. It has been a working stage ever since, hosting plays, musicals, readings, workshops, live comedy, and performance-based classes. For more than 50 years, the Zephyr has been a mainstay of the Los Angeles theater scene and has hosted writers and performers at every level of achievement, from Oscar and Emmy award winners to new playwrights.

The Zephyr Theatre is a 3/4th thrust stage with 74 seats total and roughly 50 seats in the center section. We have a beautiful recently updated outdoor courtyard that is used as the lobby plus 3 restrooms and 2 spacious dressing rooms.
