CicLAvia’s 54th event takes place today. Titled Meet the Hollywoods, attendees to this FREE event, can enjoy 6.6-miles of car-free open streets connecting East Hollywood, Hollywood and West Hollywood. The route runs via Hollywood Blvd (between Orange Dr and Hillhurst/Virgil Aves), Highland Ave (between Hollywood Blvd and Santa Monica Blvd), and Santa Monica Blvd (between Highland Ave and San Vicente Blvd).

It’s the second and final day of the Malaga Cove Art on the Lawn Show this weekend. All mediums will be featured at the event. Artists from seven art groups affiliated with Palos Verdes Art Center will participate: Artists Open Group (AOG), Pacific Arts Group, Paletteers, Peninsula Artists, Photographic and Digital Artists (PADA), Third Dimension, and The Artists’ Studio (TAS). Gloria Molina Grand Park, powered by The Music Center, celebrates the return of its free House music dance party series—Gloria Molina Grand Park’s Sunday Sessions. Tonight’s event is curated by Los Angeles-based music brand Soul Source. Founded by DJ Eric Carter (a.k.a. BlkSoup), Soul Source has been providing electrifying rhythms to Los Angeles over the last six years and will feature some of the park’s favorite DJs, including Soul Source’s BlkSoup, Mr. Choc and Mantron; Juliet Mendoza; JRocc; and Karizma.
