Hashimoto Contemporary & The Jaunt
The Jaunt is a unique art project that sends artists all over the world to experience new places and find inspiration along the way. Over the last 10 years, close to 100 artists have shared their creative process during their travels and created artworks inspired by their newfound inspiration, resulting in a huge archive of artworks.
For its 10 year anniversary exhibition, The Jaunt has invited a selection of artists to create original artworks inspired by their travels and explorations. Alongside the original artworks there will be a series of prints exhibited from the extensive Jaunt Print Archive, and a series of new prints will be released exclusively for the exhibition.
Artists Include: Scott Albert, Linnea Andersson, Tim Biskup, Vincent de Boer, Lisa Congdon, AKA Corleone, Matthew Craven, Sebastian Curi, Charlie Edmiston, Liz Flores, Tom Haugomat, Evan Hecox, Hense, David Heo, Cody Hudson, Martine Johanna, Jean Jullien, Olivier Kenneybrew, William LaChance, Hola Lou, Troy Lovegates, Mando Marie, Hyland Mather, Morcky, KC Ortiz, Mike Perry, Cleon Peterson, Joel Daniel Phillips, Seth Pimentel, Monica Ramos, Louis Reith, Wasted Rita, Ellen Rutt, Andrew Schoultz, Bisco Smith, Scott Sueme, Collin van der Sluijs, Vhils, Andrew Watch, and We Are Out of Office.
