2026 LA Art Week is back in the city of Angels during the final weekend in February. Also called Frieze Week, it will include Frieze Los Angeles, Felix, Post-Fair, The Other Art Fair, StARTup Art Fair, as well as the new fairs, BUTTER Fine Art Fair, ENZO Los Angeles, and Show LA.

Post-Fair
In 2025 Post-Fair an alternative three-day art fair debuted during Los Angeles Art Week. Founded by LA Gallery Owner Chris Sharp, it was created as a more equitable art fair for emerging galleries as well as collectors.
The fair offer a more cost effective way for galleries to participate. The three-day art fair runs February 26-28, 2026. It will be held once again at a former Santa Monica post office with an open plan format. I attended the first year (2025), and really liked this fair. It had a completely different vibe, more relaxed, but the work did not suffer. The Other Art Fair
Officially beginning in LA in 2018, the Other Art Fair is presented by Saatchi Art. It joined LA Art Week in 2025 and will once again take place this year (2026) in Culver City. While most art fairs exhibit the work of artists represented by galleries, the Other Art Fair is artist driven.
Artists can purchase their own booths, and hence, art lovers can then buy directly from the artist. So prices may be better, but alas you won’t find the art of iconic painters here. And you may have to sort through art that you adore, and some that you do not really like at all. StARTup Art Fair
Another artist focused event, 2026 StARTup Art Fair is back at the Kinney Venice Beach Hotel. Each of the hotel rooms will exhibit art making for another unique venue. I attended this back in 2016, and really enjoyed the laid back feel. I do happen to know a lot of artists, so it was very much like a fun art party.

BUTTER Fine Art Fair.
New to the 2026 Los Angeles Art Week is BUTTER Fine Art Fair. Hollywood Park (part of the SoFi property) in Inglewood will host the event. It runs from February 26 – March 1, 2026. The art fair began in Indianapolis in 2021 and was founded by Alan Bacon, Jr. and Malina Simone Bacon. Artists of the African diaspora are set to be featured, but they are not exhibiting with galleries, rather on their own. Hence the artist will receive 100% of sales. ENZO Los Angeles
Held in Echo Park, ENZO Art Fair will join Los Angeles Art Week this year. The brand new event is FREE to all attendees. A different approach, Enzo will be presenting galleries solely from New York’s Chinatown and Lower East Side. SHOW LA
This year is the inaugural edition of SHOW LA. The new art fair is a photography-focused festival and will be held at the Reef LA this year. Produced by Nazraeli Press (LA), Setanta Books (London), and Micamera (Milan), SHOW LA is a collaborative platform exhibiting photography galleries publishers, in addition to independent photographers.
