West Hollywood’s Halloween Carnaval is happening on the day – October 31, 2024. The City of West Hollywood once again hosts the most exciting event of the year – the Halloween Carnaval 2024! The City’s incomparable Halloween Carnaval is one of the most unique Halloween gatherings in the world.
