Well it’s that time of year again. All the galleries are back from summer break, and as usual one day is packed with opening art parties. Since the first Saturday falls on a holiday, the second Saturday, September 9, 2023 is the big night.

As you can see from the all the galleries we have listed, it is going to be a busy night. Bergamot Station has an all day event into the evening. While Culver City hosts its own set of art openings with many more in-between.
Here are a few more opening receptions you may want to add to your list depending on the route you decide to take.
In Beverly Hills…M+B hosts two opening art parties at two galleries. In the mid-city area…David Kordansky Gallery presents two new exhibitions. Mind’s Eye by Deana Lawson, and Light the Dark by Shara Hughes. Both exhibitions will be on view from September 9 through October 21, 2023. Saturday, September 9, 2023 from 6-8pm. https://www.davidkordanskygallery.com
New Image Art also debuts the group exhibition, Nexus, curated by Gaby Ruiz.
