Masters of Taste 2026
Famed foodie fest Masters of Taste brings us a whole new line up of culinary stars. This year, the annual Masters of Taste event has chosen Chef Thomas and Chef Vanessa Tilaka Kalb of Agnes Restaurant & Cheesery as the 2026 Host Chefs. This husband-and-wife team is well known for their ingredient-driven approach. Moreover they have made a huge impact on Pasadena’s dining scene. Agnes Restaurant & Cheesery is a beloved eatery and cheese shop located in a renovated fire station from 1922 in Old Pasadena. These masters of cheese, Chef Thomas and Chef Vanessa Tilaka Kalb are committed to sourcing from the region’s best farmers, makers, and producers.
Last year’s Masters of Taste 2025 sold out almost immediately. This year’s Masters of Taste 2026 is expected to attract over 3,000 food and beverage enthusiasts. Guests can enjoy tastings from over 100 top Culinary Masters and restaurants, along with desserts prepared by L.A.’s top Sweet Masters. Additionally Beverage Masters will spotlight signature handcrafted cocktail tastings, craft beers, fine wines, cold brew coffee, and more.

Union Station Homeless Services
The best thing about this annual event, is that every dollar raised at the 2026 Masters of Taste event will benefit the work of Union Station Homeless Services (Union Station). Furthermore, this local organization is successfully fighting to end homelessness. Over the last seven years, Masters of Taste has raised over $3.5 Million. Thus helping countless families and individuals find a secure and welcoming place to call home.
Furthermore Union Station has seen a 97% Success Rate and is permanently housing people. The nonprofit’s mission goes beyond providing temporary shelters, they are committed to creating lasting solutions. In addition to housing, the organization provides supportive services, and a connection to the community.
